Glow up of the CLI tool #4

The first and most important goal is to release a version which allows custom patches to be written with ease using Iris.

Those patches should then be able to be included in the Iris CLI which then patches those into a given Lufia II Rise of the Sinistrals (USA) rom.

The goal is to support Vanilla, Frue, Spekkio and Kureji patches for Lufia II.
