Add encode as option #10

Hey, I have added a simple option to encode or not the query to make it possible to open any link on obsidian in an iframe.

Hi, thanks for the contribution! I really like the idea. By liberty of free interpretation, I added the feature that right-clicking an external link will automatically add an 'open in iframe' option: ezgif-7-874803e7f7f5
