Camilladsp guide for Windows #4

@HEnquist - I am really frustrated with Camilladsp. I spent several (>20h) on fight to get this software (including GUI) running at Windows with wasapi. No luck so far. Are you able to help me to make it running (guide me in "idiot proof" way :) ). In return I commit to write extremely detailed manual "How To" (that will be assuming that person with below zero computing skills will follow :) ) that you will be able to publish in GitHub Will you help? I reply to questions there whenever I have time, but there are many others that help out so you will likely get help quite fast. https://www.diyaudio.com/community/threads/camilladsp-cross-platform-iir-and-fir-engine-for-crossovers-room-correction-etc.349818/page-235#post-7611824 I prefer to not include any very detailed guides in the repositories for the simple reason that they tend to get outdated quickly. Keeping documentation updated is tedious and very time consuming.
