(Re-)Implemented choosing/uploading of coeff files in filters tab
changed Add/Delete/Plot buttons to Material Design Icons
moved most margins/paddings to containers instead of individual children
Last column in "Files" tab's "Filters" section now takes all the space (before, all spread evenly, which made the top buttons look funny)

I still need to add a way for the user to add $samplerate$ and $channels$ variables.

I replaced the select for the filter filename with a text input and restored the dialog to select a filter file. As far as I am concerned, this is PR done.
