Several updates, fixes, and additions

Bug fixes for scheduler (minor, affects only fibers), timers (race condition), tweaked output for MTTRs, minor other changes in task code.

New: Futures Refactor of OpenMP structure to allow for addition of new implementations low-level memcpy routine and feature enhancement to vga to use it (needed for KVM)
