Hi Leonora:

Good to hear from you! Yes, I think it would be wonderful to collaborate. We were thinking about doing some metagenomic/targeted genomic analysis to complement our proteomic analysis. Our initial attempts to extract DNA from our older samples were not successful. Last time we talked you gave me some information on your methodology for extracting DNA, which I haven't had a chance to try.
