Using the logistic growth equation. Nt+1 = Nt + rNt(1-Nt/K)
Burn-in = 100 steps
Time = 1000 steps
N initial =10
K=100
Slow variation of r over total time post burn-in
Thresholds occur at the approximate middle of time
