This commit enables bilix to support downloading single YouTube videos. In addition, a modification has been made to the async def add_task() function of the progress module. The default value of the total parameter has been changed from 100.0 to None, fixing the issue where the progress bar would initialize with a total file download size of 100 bytes when the user did not explicitly set the total value.

Good job👍, more function can be added btw, e.g. get_up get_playlist..., and more options can be supported, e.g image
