Can we download with 1080p resolution without having to login? the problem is I don't have a billing account and it's very difficult to make one if we're not in China

I think it's technically yes, via 'Try 30 seconds'. But I don't have too much time to do it right now and of course it violate the rule of bilibili

So, if you want 1080p resolution, you have to log in? Do you have any unused accounts that you can give me? so I can download it in good quality 🙏

Yes, you have to log in. You should find a way to get a account in other place, only tech problems here.
