Develop a new HGVS logo #183

The HGVS Nomenclature logo was borrowed by me from the biocommons hgvs package. (I drew the logo.)

While I'm not bothered by this circumstance, it may have the unintended consequence of conveying that the Python hgvs package is official. The HVNC may wish to consider developing a new logo to prevent that confusion.

This concerns this one, right? https://github.com/HGVSnomenclature/hgvs-nomenclature/blob/main/docs/images/logo.png It's currently used as the favicon and in the menu. We could also choose to remove it?

Yes, that logo.

To be clear, I'm fine with whatever you all choose. I just wanted to make sure that you were aware.
