Viewing assignment when logged in as a teacher

For some reason... one may not be logged in to lenasys when viewing assignments embedded in canvas.

This is very annoying since this means that one has to log out every time a small change needs to be made to an assignment, in order to test it in canvas.

This behavior is really strange since the assignment definitions are public information, so they should just appear without issue like it does when not logged in.

However, when logged in teachers are allowed to view all submissions, but students must give a hash/password to review or modify previous submissions.

I assume there is some mix-up with the logics of either path logins for students / teachers when viewing responses to assignments should not be affected by this change. Test this extensively, so that when this is fixed

• students may not view each others assignment responses
• teacheers should be able to see all responses
• assignment definitions should be public to all, including teachers and students (unless the assignmnt is hidden then only super user should see them)

Believe it to be an issue when no data is available.

@HGustavs Is this only on canvas when logged in as teacher? If that is the case how do we recreate and test the issue.

issue/error cannot be recreated on our situation however might be canvas integration and thereby need teacher access in canvas
