css needs to be redacted once again #1778

I suggest the following:

one .css file for dialogs (all three systems)
one .css file for markdown
one .css file for code
one .css file for code boxe
one .css for usermanagement

Reading through some issues I see a pattern that CSS is really messy. Leaving this original issue so we can have that as an main theme for latter weeks.

One idea would be to maybe take one-two developers in one team (group) and assign to make an evaluation of the current CSS.

css for dialogs (class:loginBox) have their css at style.css.
css for markdown at markdown.css.
css for code(class: normtextwrapper, impo) at codeviewer.css.
css for code boxes start at code viewer.css line 36.
css for user-management(class: navheader) at style.css.

Remember that Group-2-2022 should not handle css regarding any of the diagram files.
