Filter on examiner in marking view #4177

We need an interactive looking glass filter in the marking view

Implemented "for free" by using sortable table
If we write the name of an examiner in this box only students examined by this teacher are shown.
This filter is remembered if one returns to that page later on.

Should this still be implemented? If so, should the filter be for "examiner"?
The issues mention a "marking teacher", is this the same as "examiner"?
It is said each test has a "marking teacher" whereas each user_course relation has an "examiner", should this change/should a per-test marking teacher be added?

Marking teacher does not have to be same as examiner afaik

Marking teacher is (should be) the teacher account that has graded a particular dugga Examiner is the teacher with the final say for a particular dugga and responsible for final submission to LADOK

@a97marbr @HGustavs That still leaves the question of if/how this should be implemented. There are several issues linked to this one (#4221, #4222, #4223 and #4224), two of which have been closed without further explanation of what has been done/is left to do. Furthermore, this issue is now two years old and the affected parts of LenaSys may have changed since then. I think either summarising what is (still/currently) requested here or closing this issue and creating new issues for current problems/requested features is reasonable.
