What rights should studentteacher och supervisor users have? #9423

When working on issue #9260 I found out that we don't know exactly what users with studentteacher and supvisor access should be able to do/see and not. I have a questions about what users with studentteacher or supervisor access are supposed to see and use in the navheader and other parts of the system.

When assigned to an course are they supposed to be able to edit all course-version of that course or only one specific course-version? Are they supposed to be able to create new course-versions and updating/editing existing ones? Grade students and see/edit tests on the course-version? Create new items in sectioned like headings,codeexample and duggas and edit existing ones? See hidden items in sectioned? In codeviewer be able to edit and change the code-examples and the layout? From my knowledge you have already said they should have access to fileed in issue #8397.

Student teacher are not allowed to do marking but otherwise the same as teacher Super users are same as teacher but is allowed to create courses and create new versions of courses Teachers can do all non-destructive things (things such as deleting courses are restricted) Superusers can do all things

With teacher you means users with writeaccess? So then studentteachers should be able to do everything writeaccess can do? Marking do you mean grading? @HGustavs
