[live_version] When grading and giving feedback, student submission order is wrong

When grading and grading via "Feedback", the Student submissions are listed if there are multiple.

The last submitted file should be displayed on top:

• This is working, when the resubmitted file name is the same
• This is not working, when the resubmitted file name is different

This also means that sometimes, the last file (which you usually want to grade with multiple submissions assuming its the last one probably with a small fix) is the latest, and sometimes it isn't.

Very annoying. This is an issue with our live system.

We can take a look at this since the preview of assignments for teachers will still remain.

Leaving feedback will however be handled by canvas.
