Advantagekit implementation v2 #47

Advantage kit works with minor changes and logs most of what we need.

One thing to change later maybe logging to a usb instead of directly to the rio.

It's hard to read this. There are a lot of entirely unrelated changes in here. Do we understand why that is?

I merged the 2024-updated branch into this branch to reduce merge conflicts

Advantagekit works and runs. I'm going to leave it running to test for packet loss but everything looks good so far. We still need a usb though
