6 years ago Chris and Judelande made a breakthrough: it is a defect to be address. The issue is that:
The way Chris designed the reports, he’s looking at the Admin Code for the logged in user and restricting their view of the data to those Admin Codes; however, the way Hugh designed the user groups, Hiring Managers do not have Admin Codes, therefore they cannot see anything. This is something that we should’ve caught during the design/development/testing cycle, however, somehow it slipped through.
Resolution: update the reports to look for the Admin Code of the logged in Hiring Manager or the Admin Code of any request in which he/she participates in. This should take care of the immediate Hiring Manager who’s involved in the process.
Investigate whether User Administrator may use custom field to list the admin codes that hiring manager may be involved in
Investigate interfacing admin code-person relationships from other IHS system
Hiring Manager accounts are able to run the “Where’s My Recruit Action” report but no data is displaying, even though there are data and other accounts (Chris’s for example) can run them.
