Update Column Headers on Portfolio Project List

Goals

Update the columns for the portfolio project list

Tasks

[ ] Update columns to the following: Project, FY 2022 Total, FY Agreements, FY BLs, First Award, Project Total

Additional Context

This change should apply to the Research Projects table and the Admin & Support Projects table
FY 2022 Total = the sum of all BLs in Planned, Executing & Obligated for all agreements within this project
FY Agreements = # of agreements with Planned, Executing & Obligated BLs within the selected FY
FY BLs = # of BLs with Planned, Executing & Obligated within the selected FY
First Award = date of the first signed award/contract (not the agreement creation date)
Project Total = Total amount of all BLs in Planned, Executing and Obligated for all agreements within this project

Please note: the date of the first signed award is not an attribute we have yet. This piece of data will be added to an agreement after its gone through executing status and has been obligated. For now, I believe this column would show blank until we add that data to our designs
