User Story

As a contract team member, I need to see the status and summary of my own agreement/BL edits, so that I know they were successfully sent and I can track their progress as pending, approved, or declined.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] During each step and permutation of the change request process, both at the agreement and BL-level, for financial and non-financial changes, ensure that correct, and formatted messages reflect in the agreement history and any other audit trail records
- [ ] Information should be reflected not only of who and when made changes but wherever possible the old value and new value(s) that was changed.

Tasks

[ ] Test out each permutation. Figma and FigJam (links below) have some paths already documented

[ ] UI works as designed (UX team)
[ ] PR(s) have been merged to main
[ ] Design/tech debt eliminated
[ ] New design/tech debt documented (if applicable)
[ ] Build process updated
[ ] Documentation updated or added
[ ] Feature flags/toggles created

Additional Context & Resources

Ideally, e2e and unit tests would already be getting updated for previous stories so this shouldn't be a big impact
