User Story

As an OPRE team member, I want to see a listing of only the CANs I care about and have involvement in so that the CANs I need to see can be more easily accessible.

Preconditions

CAN data is loaded in the database

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Instead of a listing of all CANs for the currently selected FY, a user is able to view a list of "My CANs" for agreements that they are a team member of project officer on
[ ] This list of CANs would also include any CANs managed by "their" portfolio, i.e. for a team lead.
[ ] A division director would see all CANs managed by all portfolios in their division

AC to ask/explore/see if still valid:

[ ] Instead of a listing of all CANs for the currently selected FY, a user is able to view a list of "My CANs" that they are most interested in seeing.
[ ] A user is able to identify and persistently mark any individual CAN as one they want to have show up as one of My CANs.

not sure about the AC here. We are filtering the CANs by: the user's division and the CANs portfolio division id
