This is a 10K for the #65 , for the Delivery Dashboard.

Technical Approach

This 10K will be completed with the BI tool chosen in #1274 , so there are not signifficant technical considerations for this 10K.

30K Definition of Done

This 10K should fulfill the following Definition of Done criteria:

• All new services have completed a 508 compliance review (as needed)
• The dashboard can be accessed from the static site and GitHub
• The dashboard links to both the static site and GitHub
• The dashboard contains the following Sprint metrics:
  • Sprint velocity: Number of tickets/points completed per sprint
  • Sprint burndown: Number of open tickets/points remaining in a sprint per day
  • Sprint burnup: Number of tickets/points opened and closed in a sprint per day
  • Sprint allocation: Number of tickets/points per deliverable in a given sprint
• The dashboard contains the following delivery metrics:
  • Completion percentage: Percentage of all tickets/points completed per deliverable
  • Deliverable burndown: Number of open tickets/points remaining for a given deliverable per day
  • Deliverable burnup: Number of tickets/points opened and closed for a given deliverable per day

It is ideal if the following are able to be fulfilled, but might depend on the BI tool:

• The dashboard supports interactivity, such as drill-downs or filters
