Summary

For the CC&DC we need to select a theme and challenge for the event. This will help to narrow and focus participants on places within the project that we would like additional input and support on. We will need to come up with these and have them approved by stakeholders prior to the event.

Determined that the participants will be able to freeform work on self assigned projects with the output being a proposal.
