SSL cert not working #2596

Summary

When you navigate to the https://simpler.grants.gov site, you get a warning that your connection isn't private. If you proceed to the site, it shows "Not secure" in the browser URL (see second screenshot).

It seems like there is an issue with our SSL certificate.

How to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to https://simpler.grants.gov
  2. Click "Advanced"
  3. Click "Proceed to simpler.grants.gov (unsafe)"
