@sarahknoppA6 Thank you so much for running with this! Wanted to share one item I'd started that might be useful to you... in the Slack Admin, you're able to export all the channels (this shows channel name & participant count of private ones I'm not too). I found this helpful for seeing stuff that could likely be archived or consolidated.

One area I was wondering about was the social/fun channels... there are a bunch that were created, but aren't used that much. I know I don't engage bc there's not traffic and I'm not sure what options are out there... the get thing re-started, maybe doing one consolidated, "fun" channel & as that gets rolling we can follow the lead of folks interested to spin off others?
