Create visualizations of workflow for:

General comms content approval/process (Marc P)
General product content approval/process (Emily I)
Email content approval (Carley) Formatting, previews, etc.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Draft workflows
[ ] Share with stakeholders for feedback
[ ] Finalize and distribute

@michellemin-nava - When you get to this work, for the preview feedback to MH, please include a designated response person. I'm happy to give my feedback to you or add your feedback to mine, but it'd be good to have just one update/change request to MH. Given we're already juggling between Slack & emails, consolidating this bit should help reduce any confusion. Thank you!
