Description

Design and conduct a team health survey to assess the psychological safety of the current team and help surface opportunities to improve team dynamics
Aggregate the results and share them with the broader team

Key risks:
- It might be difficult to get adequate participation across all vendors and segments of the program
- If other segments of the program are also conducting separate surveys the team might experience survey fatigue
