Determine cadence team health surveys will go out on
Determine a start date for the first survey
Put the survey into the chosen survey tool
Test to ensure the survey works as intended
Determine if survey will be anonymous or if respondent name is recorded

Acceptance criteria

Successful test of the survey tool, all decisions made and recorded.
