Description

Choose and implement a CMS, such as the headless CMS Storyblok being implemented by grants.gov.

Implement CMS in such a way so that the content is tracked and version controlled in an open source fashion, if this is at all possible.

Business Value & Goals

The purpose of this body of work is to:

Empower non-technical stakeholders to directly manage the copy on the static site, including translating content into multiple supported languages
Reduce the amount of time that the engineering and design team spends making minor adjustments to site content
Reduce the possibility of errors being introduced when content changes manually copied from one place to another

Nit: acronyms often generate more confusion than expected. Could we rename this as "content management system"? I don't want anyone unsure about what it means and/or confusing it with Medicare.

I'm still missing context on why we would want a CMS in the early stages of the project. What content would need to be added and by whom?
