Welcome dialog for new pilots #586

Adds a startup message for new pilots:

briefly introducing the plane
mentioning where things are to be found
stating realism settings not enabled by default

I'd love the formatting of the MessageBox to not show such big margins top/down of the text. But I found no means to adjust that. :(

You can always show your own window !

Hi Eagle, that is surely true; however If we have standard means to show it, they should be used. Also this way we won‘t have to reinvent the „dont show again“ feature.
