Do not shutdown both engines on empty supply tank #25

Currently when one of the two supply tanks runs out of fuel, both engines are shutdown. This PR fixes it by shutting down only the affected engine, letting the other one continue running normally.

During one of my many test-flights I forgot to enable the transfer pumps. Wow, was I surprised after a few minutes when both engines shut down because the right supply tank was empty 😯.
