Rotating fenestron #28

This PR makes the fenestron actually rotating. The individual blades are shown until the RPM reaches 200. The semi-transparent disc is faded in between 100 and 200 RPM.

I changed the PR to keep the fenestron within the main model.

@HHS81 I tried using the BLEND animation as well as the MATERIALS/TRANSPARENCY animation as you suggested, but the fenestron blades never behaved well (in Rembrandt). So I would like to use the SELECT animation in this PR and leave the implementation of a nice fade out for someone with more experience with models 😃

@SebDieBln Trying and playing with the mentioned animation and Rembrandt I rembered that those doesn't work in Rembrandt. I had the same problem with the main rotor.
