The basic assumption is that any discrepancy in points between doctors even out throughout the year. Need to investigate if that's the case or not.

Here is a heatmap for how often each doctor gets assigned to a certain position.

We might want to make the distinction for weekend points (which are currently 1 for late and 2 for call). Or filter those values out entirely?
