Settings Window Defaults to being Too Large on Smaller Screens #3

On smaller screens, the settings window opens up and the Save/Cancel buttons overflow beyond the bottom of the screen and are not scrollable.

To workaround this, the user must manually resize the window, then scroll to the bottom to click the Save/Cancel buttons after making changes.

This is confusing.

Adjust the settings window to open up taking only 60% of the screen, rather than using a fixed size.
