Lots of bugs here, so one issue will just be created.

no checking for good data
medications always display as " taken at " which may not always be grammatically correct
it's just kinda slow...
need to give option for users to select a medication that already exists (add meds to database ourselves)
etc...

Please continue working on the validateForm() function in AddMedicationActivity.java.

Fixed the way data is displayed so it no longer says "pills". Still do not sanitize data.
