There are lot of compatibility issues with the latest python libraries and deprecation warnings. For example issues with weave, numpy deprecation warnings. There are non conflicting commits as old as 2015.

I'm sorry if I was rude. Could you please let me know the status?

Sadly, this repository is no longer active. I can't speak for all of the Spearmint developers but my take on the situation is that you shouldn't expect any updates to the code. Speaking for myself, I am maybe able to answer a few questions here and there but that's about it. 😞
