for the docker image push failure, if you look at the error ghcr.io/rhio:0.1.0-dev.22.docker-helm-supp.53f0dd0d you are missing organization name in the url. guess it has to be something ghcr.io/hiro-microdatacenters-bv/rhio:0.1.0-dev.22.docker-helm-supp.53f0dd0d
