Existing correlation functions are not overwritten even when overwrite=yes is specified in the infile

They seem to be overwritten just fine now.

I got an error when rerunning contraction on Jureca

...
Not writing C4cB_uuuu_p200.d000.g0_p00-2.d000.g0_p-1-11.d000.g0_p-111.d000.g0 because it exists.
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'H5::FileIException'
