Jobs fail in case of non-coupling #17

There are a lot of irreps that just do not couple, giving empty prescriptions. This is perfectly fine. The numeric projection code then just fails where it should just gracefully note that there is nothing to do and quit.

It seems that this works fine, it is just the comparison that had some issues with that.
