[Frontend] Make Q&A Page

Deliverables-

• [x] Make Q&A option on header adjacent to the FQA
• [x] Q&A option should take us to the Q&A page. It will be the spot for asking questions and answering to the same. So keep a button say Ask Question on the page.
• [x] The button should display a pop-up containing the question submission form with following fields-
  • Title [input box]
  • Body [input box]
  • Tags [multiple-select-box with following options -{ ml, open-source, deep-learning, cp, block-chain, mern, android, mean, javascript, java, c++, python }]
  • Submit Button

Hey @Kajol-Kumari , I have created a Q&A button on the navbar in my local server which shall lead to the Q&A page. However, I am a bit confused on how should I create the respective page i.e. Do I directly embed the code to frontend>src>pages>Qna or create a separate react-app folder on my system and develop the page there and later copy the concerned files to the Qna folder(which I've made in the forked repo) ? Kindly guide me through this.

@SupriyaKumari08 You can keep the page's Code inside the pages folder i.e here and then you can route that page with the nav-button in this file just like we have done for other pages.

can i work on this issue . please assign me this issue as GGSoc '24 I will make -- submit button responsive . and correct the toast. Q&A showing submitted toast even it is not -like when we enter characters less then 5 it still shows toast submitted.

@SwayamRana808 please go ahead but i would have to decrease the level of this issue, 'coz all the things mentioned in the issue description has already been implemented and what you are suggesting is kind of a bug fix. I hope that's okay with you?
