This has the following advantages:

Updating is possible (VCS)
Installing all necessary plugins (XRI, Input System, OpenXR, OpenXR Package Manager, HDRP, Varjo Unity Plugin, UltraLeap Handtracking)
Importing a sample folder if necessary (from the package window)
Define settings by importing
