feat: Template is now in a better maintainable by using a package structure.
This should solve the issue with maintaining all projects using this template to always get the latest device support, openXR and rig features as well as package updates/Unity updates. The goal of this project was, after all, to provide a simple way to get started with a VR project and maintaining it easily.
