Cannot Build this Project using VS 2022 because of .NET 4.0 dependency #134

Visual Studio 2022 doesn't support .NET 4.0 so I cannot build this project in 2022. I don't have know 2019 installed and I don't want to install it. I will make a fork and try to fix it if I can.

Fork has been abandonded. Migrating to 6.0 is a huge PITA
