[MOBILE] Option to revert block movement buttons back to 2.1 version

After 2.2 some buttons got placed into different places and Rob made it even worse when he added these: making other buttons such as the rotate and invert buttons getting moved into a different page. Mobile creators who have been in the editor for a long time depend on muscle memory to move/rotate block and this update makes it more difficult because it breaks our muscle memory. My suggestion is to have an option that revert it back to its 2.1 version and put all the new buttons on the last page.
