Keybind to jump to layer input text box

Suggest a new feature to be added.

How should it work?

Adds a keybind, let's say for example, holding #, and when # is held you can input into the layer input text box, until you let go of #.

There should be a blinking caret/text cursor (the thing that flickers when you're typing) to indicate that you are currently typing in that text box, maybe a standalone mod for that should exist

What is its purpose?

To speed up layer switching

Additionally, the same could be done for editing the layer of objects, just with a different keybind or while the object is selected
