Change unselected layer opacity #280

Feature description

It basically allows you to change the opacity of layers you are not using. Could be useful when you are working with a lot of triggers and you need to set it to 0% or when working with certain decoration and you need to set it at 100%

Bumping this! This would be such a nice feature, I think it would be used quite regularly by creators like myself, so the controls should be easy to access.

A slider right below the layer controls might work well, here's my sh**ty mock-up: image
