how to launch simulation properly #9

I set up all launch files I can in this project, agents in the sim have no actions except moving forward. What role can a joystick play in the sim? Looking forward to a tutorial :)

@zmwhit Hi, we have added an installation guide. You can find the quick start instruction in the readme file. Please let me know if you have any issues.
