Suitable for Ubuntu 20.04 with ceres-solver 1.12.0 #395

Don't forget git checkout tags/1.12.0 when installing ceres-solver. Results: This modified version can be run successfully with recommended rosbags of VINS-Mono on Ubuntu 20.04. Screenshot from 2021-12-25 01-39-58
