terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::wrapexcept<boost::system::system_error>' what(): open: Permission denied #22

Hello dear HKUST researchers, After I run catkin_make sucess and run "roslaunch ublox_driver ublox_driver.launch", I got this error. Do you know how to slove it? Thanks a lot. Screenshot from 2024-07-25 11-51-47

I found that you need reboot after "sudo usermod -aG dialout $USER". I solved my problem, thank you grateful work.
