Cleaned up on 5/9/2024 Examples Task Froce

@jduteau This was discussed on the examples call today. Since this is not the example in the actual C-CDA guide (https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/CDA-ccda/Binary-policy-activity-example.html) we should probably place this as a new example in the examples directory rather than in "guide examples"...historically, I've tried to match the guide examples to the examples as published in the guide. Obviously if a future version of C-CDA updates the example, then we could place there as well.
