Endpoint is stated to be required for organization, but not listed as such in the differential #27

In reviewing the organization profile the following is stated: At least one endpoint in Organization.endpoint

But the profile shows the following: endpoint | S | 0..* | Reference(Endpoint) |

This is fixed in the current US Core Build as of 9/2/2019
